I know I've been incredibly lazy about posting things, but that's mainly because I don't have a scanner... and had dial-up over Christmas break... and... okay it's mainly because I'm just lazy, but to make up for it, here's a bunch of stuff I've done recently, primarily sketches:
This is a picture in progress of my Grandparents, gosh I love 'em.
This one grosses me out a little, simply because it looks like the smaller version of her is looking into her own vagina.
This would look way better if it was scanned:
Yep, that's it, I might start just writing on here more to help get rid of some of my crippling depression... but seriously, if you love me: SCANNER.
PIG'S HEADS!!! This is a piece for my Design Concepts class. I like it a lot.
Shopping lists can be fun too...
SKETCHES...
AND... last but not least is the thing I wrote about a month ago. It's still only in its conceptual stage, but hopefully I'll be able to get Wild West Black Mask here done up in Photoshop eventually. I'm so very lazy...
Okay... well to make up for the fact that I haven't updated in a month I have a bunch of stuff to post. I think I'm going to post all of it over the next couple of days.
My buddy Jon and his many expressions
Self Portrait using stippled paint and we couldn't mix colors. It's pretty okay.
And now just a bunch of sketches I did...
These first two are designs I made for my skateboard.
I was fooling around today, drawing and was thinking about my Two-Face post. So I started doodling in a new image of another Batman villain, who will be unveiled later. This drawing is far more detailed and in my opinion far cooler than my Two-Face character. Don't assume it's the Joker or the Riddler, I chose a more interesting and less known character. The drawing itself has come out very well and as soon as I scan it in I'll post it. I need to ink it first though and then I'll post it and then I'll post the final after I Photoshop up a lot of nice color for the picture. I'm sure you're thinking, "Is he going to do a series now?" and the answer to that question is a resounding... maybe. After this who knows if I'll still have the steam to continue a project like this, but I do love Batman a lot and he has a sweet rogues gallery, so who know.
I'm an illustrator and designer born and raised in the hills of New Hampshire. Okay, maybe not the hills, but New Hampshire HAS hills.
Anyways, I'm currently living in Detroit and am wrapping up my degree in Illustration from the College for Creative Studies.
Beyond that, I'm just an outgoing, goofy guy who tries to incorporate my wackiness into my illustrations.
Glad you're here, feel free to stick around!
